Listings are often featured months after the property is sold. Real Estate Agents purported to be associated with the listing are assigned "randomly" and when contacted they are "clueless" about the property they are being contacted – assuming of coarse that they responded to any communication.
ZILLOW is a new word for financial train wreck.
