Are these service industry stocks seeing too much of a good thing? We list below 8 firms that have all of the following bullish data:
-Market cap above $300 and rapidly growing: Share price is rallying above its 20, 50 and 200 day moving averages (MA). This is an incredibly bullish technical indicator that says the stock is running strong, and may have some more upward momentum to price in.
-Institutional Buying; Big investing firms, like hedge funds, often have more sophisticated market data than the average “Main Street” investor. When the pool of “smart money” investors are collectively net buying a stock, we can assume these trades came from careful analysis and some assurance the share has more upside to price in. (We looked at net buying in the current quarter)
-Dividend Yields – A company that offers a dividend yield is showing confidence in the firm’s ability to remain profitable and improve their business while paying out portions of their revenue to shareholders. But a high dividend yield is not always sustainable, so we only took names with yields between 1-7%.
- We limited our search to only US names. Many investors feel more comfortable investing in American firms because we can better understand their financial landscape, constraints, and market environment than their foreign counterparts.

Take a look at the final 8 listed below. Hedge funds made a good call on these investments as they have rallied strongly in the past few months. But do you think these dividend stocks have more upside to price in?
